We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage the complete HR function of our automobile dealership at Malappuram. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, training, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and employee retention.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Monitor attendance, payroll inputs, leave, and employee records.
- Drive performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate training and skill-development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide HR support to management and departmental heads.
Job Specification
- Experience: 5–8 years in HR, preferably in automobile dealerships, retail, or a multi-location organization
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Employment Type: Full-time
