About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage the end-to-end HR function for our Sales teams across Bangalore, Mumbai & Gurugram The HRBP will work closely with Sales leadership and business stakeholders to drive people strategies, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, retention, workforce planning, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in partnering with high-volume, target-driven Sales teams, preferably within the EdTech, Education, SaaS, IT/ITES & BFSI environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering





- Act as the primary HR partner for Sales leadership across Bangalore and Mumbai.
- Understand business goals, sales targets, workforce requirements, and people challenges.
- Partner with Sales leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve team productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct regular HR connects with Sales managers and employees.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and effective integration of new Sales employees.
- Conduct regular employee connects, skip-level interactions, and engagement initiatives.
- Identify employee concerns and work with stakeholders to resolve them effectively.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns in line with company policies.

3. Performance Management

- Partner with Sales leadership on goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Track performance trends across teams and identify areas requiring intervention.
- Support managers in handling underperformance through structured PIP processes.
- Drive performance management processes and ensure timely completion of review cycles.
- Provide recommendations on promotions, internal movements, and performance-based actions.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

- Design and implement engagement initiatives for Sales teams.
- Identify key drivers of employee attrition and develop action plans to improve retention.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Develop retention strategies for critical and high-performing employees.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement across multiple locations.

5. Workforce Planning & Talent Management





- Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams on manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Support Sales leadership in forecasting workforce requirements based on business plans.
- Identify critical talent and support succession planning.
- Drive internal mobility and career development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on organization structure and manpower optimization.

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare and present HR dashboards and MIS for Sales leadership.
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

7. HR Policies & Compliance

- Ensure implementation and adherence to company HR policies and processes.
- Partner with HR Operations/Payroll teams to resolve employee-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Support audits and HR compliance initiatives whenever required.

8. Business & Leadership Partnership

- Build strong relationships with Sales Directors, Business Heads, Sales Managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
- Challenge and influence business leaders when required to ensure effective people practices.
- Balance employee needs with business requirements and organizational objectives.

Candidate Requirements

- 8+ years of overall HR experience, with significant experience in HR Business Partnering.
- Prior experience managing HR for large/high-volume Sales teams is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with Sales leadership and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, performance management, retention, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven business setting.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently manage HR activities for multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel between/within Gurugram,Bangalore,Mumbai, Noida,Pune and other Cities as required.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred
