Role Description The Manager, Global Transfer Pricing will lead and manage transfer pricing engagements for multinational clients, including planning, documentation, and compliance across jurisdictions. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves developing transfer pricing strategies, performing economic and functional analyses, and preparing benchmarking studies and reports. The manager will coordinate with tax, finance, and legal teams, respond to tax authority queries, support audits, and assist in controversy management.





Responsibilities also include monitoring global regulatory developments, advising on business restructurings and intercompany arrangements, and mentoring and guiding junior team members. The role requires proactive client communication, project management, and ensuring deliverables meet professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for complex data evaluation, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess a robust understanding of Finance to analyze financial statements, intercompany transactions, and pricing methodologies.
- Candidates should possess specialized expertise in Transfer Pricing, including global regulations, OECD guidelines, and preparation of documentation and benchmarking studies.
- Qualified qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent, with 4–6 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft technical reports and present complex concepts clearly.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships, leading teams, and delivering projects within timelines.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment.
