Experience: 6 - 10 Years (From any Manufacturing Industry)
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strengthen MIS, forecasting, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Optimise working capital, cash flow, and liquidity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data inputs.
- Standardise finance processes, build and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.
- Assist in cost analysis, profitability tracking, and process improvement initiatives within FP&A.;
- Support in preparing board decks and ad-hoc management presentations.
- Liaising with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax professionals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen interest in finance and business analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of financial statements and basic accounting/finance concepts.
- Working knowledge of SAP and fixed asset management
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines consistently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
