Role Summary:

The Manager - FP&A; will be Blissclub’s central financial architect owning the Annual Operating Plan, rolling forecasts, and unit economics across every channel. You will take complete ownership of Central MIS design and Investor Reporting. The expectation is both: a single source of truth the whole company can rely on, and sharp, investor-grade narratives on what the numbers mean.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor Reporting & Board Management

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor updates and dashboards.

● Own end-to-end deck preparation for Board Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with CXOs and founders.





● Partner with the statutory accounting team to reconcile investor reporting metrics with audited financials (IGAAP/Ind AS) every quarter.

2. Central MIS & Financial Systems Automation

● Own Central MIS build and maintain a single source of truth for revenue, gross margin, fulfillment, and OpEx metrics across the organization.

● Define and standardize financial and non-financial KPIs across departments so every team tracks performance the same way.

3. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

● Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and multi-year financial modelling across all channels D2C app/web, marketplaces, and brand retail stores.

● Maintain a dynamic 12-month rolling P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow model.

● Own quarterly reforecasting and publish a transparent bridge between original plan, revised forecast, and actuals.

4. Business Partnering & Commercial Unit Economics

● Drive granular contribution margin (CM1/CM2/CM3) analysis by category, SKU, marketplace, and store; assess discounting and promo ROI.

● Partner with Supply Chain and Sourcing on COGS variance, inventory days of supply, ageing, and deadstock write-offs.

Required Qualification:

● CA or MBA Finance from a top-tier institute.

● 4–7 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, retail, or consumer tech.

● Advanced financial modelling in Excel/Google Sheets; and working knowledge of SQL, Power B is added advantage The Right Mindset:
