Gislen Software Private Limited is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join us as Manager - Finance at our MEPZ-SEZ office in Tambaram, Chennai.

We are looking for someone who sees finance as more than reporting and compliance - someone who can use financial insight, technology, and strategic thinking to help drive growth, efficiency, and better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and MIS
- Taxation, statutory compliance and audits
- Cash flow, banking, foreign exchange, payroll and financial controls
- Cost optimisation, profitability and investment planning
- Legal, contractual and corporate governance matters
- Financial activities involving operations in India, Sweden and the UK
- Improving efficiency through financial technology and automation
- Leading and developing the Finance function

What We Are Looking For





✓ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

✓ 3-8 years of relevant professional experience

✓ Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance and financial reporting

✓ Proficiency in Tally Prime

✓ Exposure to Visma, Fortnox or Xero is an advantage

✓ Robust analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

✓ A proactive and technology-oriented mindset
