Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and vendor payments.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital and fund requirements.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

- Monitor actual performance against budget and highlight significant deviations.

- Ensure timely bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliance activities with internal/external consultants.

- Support internal, statutory and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- Establish and monitor internal financial controls and approval processes.

- Review expenses, purchase transactions, payments and financial commitments for compliance with company policies.

- Monitor receivables, ageing and collection performance and take corrective action where required.

- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, vendors and other external stakeholders.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to management for business decision-making.

- Identify opportunities for cost control, process improvement and working-capital optimization.





- Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of financial records.

- Lead, supervise and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

- Ensure effective use of ERP/accounting systems and improve automation of finance processes.

Qualification & Experience

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Experience in managing a finance team and independently handling finance operations.

- Experience in manufacturing/retail/operations-oriented organizations will be an advantage.
