Key Ownership Areas
- Manage Finance & Accounts, month-end closing, AP/AR, GL and reconciliations
- Drive MIS, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure GST, taxation, ROC and statutory compliance
- Manage cash flow, treasury and banking relationships
- Support financial controls, audits, cost optimisation and process improvements
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and commercial support
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team and proficient in Tally and other ERPs
Ideal Candidate:
- 08 to 11 Years over all experience
- Bcom/Post Graduate/ CMA with relevant Finance & Accounts experience
- Solid experience in controllership, MIS, taxation, compliance and financial planning
- Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong Excel / ERP / accounting systems exposure
- Candidates with stable tenure and experience in a multi-entity / multi-location environment will be preferred.
