We are specifically looking for qualified CAs who have passed between 2017 to 2020 and have FP&A; related experience for manufacturing sector.
Role & responsibilities :
1. Financial Reporting and Audit
- Ensuring proper and accurate accounting of transactions and review of PL and BS.
- Preparation of monthly MIS, quarterly financials and board presentation.
- Ensure timely submission of all details for annual statutory and internal audit.
2. Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast
- Preparation of annual budget and monthly updating the estimated performance.
- Tracking of manufacturing and direct cost as per budget and highlighting the variance with justification.
- Giving feedback to users any deviation from the budget and facilitate corrective measures.

Tax Compliances
- Reviewing the monthly TDS and GST workings and providing approvals.
- Tracking the pending bill booking to ensure full ITC utilisation.
- Preparing workings for Tax/TP Audit.
4. Pricing, Margin & Cost Management
- Costing of the products and getting quarterly price approvals from concerned division.
- Facilitate all the work related to cost reduction, process improvement of operations and project work.
- Timely Coordination with plant team and other stakeholders on matters relating to pricing, margin and cost.
