We are looking for a Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead our financial operations, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and internal financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting
• Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation , including GST and tax filings
- Coordinate internal, statutory & tax audits
- Ensure corporate, statutory & regulatory compliance
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
- Develop and implement effective SOPs
- Identify financial and operational risks and drive process improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders and lead finance-related initiatives
Candidate Profile
✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant
✔ 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
✔ Strong knowledge of GST, Direct Tax & Accounting Standards
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Experience with CRM/accounting systems
✔ Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Solid communication and team leadership skills
