About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts to manage and oversee the organization’s accounting and financial operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, taxation, audits, and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and variance analysis.
- Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, and cash management.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and accounting policies.
- Support management with financial analysis and insights for business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)



and applicable statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, consultants, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, income tax, and corporate compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred

- Experience in the IT/Software/Technology services industry.
- Experience in managing a finance team.
- Exposure to ERP implementation/automation and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of financial controls and MIS reporting.
