Qualification & Experience:

- LLB
- 58 years of relevant experience, preferably in multi-category workplace

Role Purpose:

- The role will be responsible for managing regulatory compliance, statutory licences, licence procurement and renewals, regulatory notices, and compliance requirements for new factories and existing manufacturing units.
- The position will work closely with internal stakeholders, government authorities, consultants, and external agencies to ensure timely compliance and uninterrupted business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

- Manage and monitor applicable regulatory and statutory compliance requirements for manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, permissions, registrations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive regulatory compliance calendar and track renewal / expiry dates.
- Coordinate with factories and relevant departments to ensure timely closure of compliance requirements.
- Identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead regulatory and statutory compliance activities for new factory / plant setup.
- Identify licences,



registrations, approvals, NOCs, permissions, and other regulatory requirements applicable to a new manufacturing facility.
- Draft appropriate replies to regulatory notices and ensure timely submission to the concerned authorities.
- Track the status of notices and regulatory matters until closure.

1. Licence Procurement & Renewals

- Lead the end-to-end process for procurement, application, modification, renewal, and surrender of licences, registrations, approvals, and permissions.
- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities for obtaining required approvals.
- Ensure all licences and statutory registrations remain valid and are renewed within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain updated records of all licences, approvals, certificates, and regulatory documents across locations.

1. Government Subsidies & Incentive Management & Legal Work

- Identify and evaluate applicable Central and State Government subsidy schemes for manufacturing projects, expansion plans, and business operations.
- Develop a thorough understanding of various government incentive policies, industrial promotion schemes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Handling Notices and Agreement.
- Legal due diligence and legal negotiation
