Functional Expertise

· Coordinate the enterprise-wide Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program , ensuring comprehensive identification of operational risks and robust evaluation of control effectiveness.

· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with business units to identify, assess, and document operational risks, key controls, and control performance.

· Analyze RCSA data and insights to assess the adequacy, maturity, and effectiveness of controls in mitigating operational risks.





· Support risk owners in designing, implementing, and tracking action plans to remediate control weaknesses, process deficiencies, or risk exposures.

· Conduct independent control testing to validate control design and operational effectiveness; document results, highlight exceptions, and recommend improvements.

· Identify and assess control gaps or emerging risk issues , investigate root causes, and prepare detailed gap analysis reports for senior management and key stakeholders.

· Deliver training, coaching, and advisory support to business units on RCSA methodologies, tools, industry standards, and best practices.

· Prepare comprehensive RCSA reports and dashboards , highlighting key risk themes, control gaps, and remediation progress.

· Drive TPRM governance and Risk assessment for the New Product implementation for BharatPe from ERM Standpoint.

Problem solving

· Ability to analyze complex processes, identify risks, and evaluate control effectiveness systematically

· Capacity to question assumptions, assess risk implications, and challenge existing controls or processes constructively.

· Ability to make informed, timely decisions regarding risk assessments and control validation under ambiguity

· Proficient in BPM tools, risk management software, and MS Office applications

· Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
