Role Description As the Manager – EdTech at Internzvalley, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs and digital education initiatives. You will manage day-to-day operations of edtech offerings, coordinate with instructors and mentors, track learner progress, and ensure a high-quality learning experience. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to design curriculum, optimize use of learning platforms, gather feedback, and drive program outcomes.

You will also engage with partners, support marketing and outreach for programs, and contribute to strategic decisions related to growth and innovation in edtech. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications





- Experience in education technology, online learning, or training program management, with the ability to design, implement, and refine learning initiatives.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, including coordinating with instructors, mentors, partners, and internal teams to deliver cohesive programs.
- Competence in using learning management systems (LMS) or other digital education platforms, and comfort with data tracking and reporting on learner outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and build inclusive learning environments.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, including prioritization, time management, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced qualifications in edtech, instructional design, or management are an advantage.
- Prior experience working with students or early-career professionals, especially in upskilling, internships, or career development programs, is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to learner success, continuous improvement, and ethical, non-discriminatory practices in education and workplace interactions.
