About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven D2C Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to scale our health supplement brand. You will lead end-to-end performance marketing (Meta Ads), content strategy, social media growth, and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and scale high-ROI Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) via Meta Ads Manager.
- Content & Social Media: Strategy and execution for viral Reels, posts, and campaigns; maintain content calendar via Meta Business Suite.
- Copywriting: Draft compelling ad copy, social posts, and direct-to-consumer marketing messaging.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with the design team to produce high-converting ad visual assets and creative collateral.
- Analytics & ROI:



Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), track social engagement, and continuously optimize for conversions.

Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, social media management, and paid media (D2C / Health & Wellness preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Skills: Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, copywriting, and trend identification.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and solid analytical abilities.
