Must have skills:

- 4 years of experience in statistical analysis & modeling.

- 4 years of hands-on machine learning experience.

- 4 years of programming experience (preferably Python).

- 3 years of experience in SQL/Data Extraction & Data Manipulation.

- 2 years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

- Strong expertise in voice analytics (Plus)

Responsibilities:

- Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.

- Perform advanced statistical inference, experimentation (A/B testing), and model evaluation.

- Analyze voice and call center data to generate actionable business insights.





- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present analytical findings.

- Translate business problems into analytical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Present complex analytical findings to business and executive leadership in a simple and impactful manner.

- Work independently with solid ownership and manage multiple priorities.

- Support transition/change management initiatives through analytics and data-driven decision-making.

- Demonstrate continuous learning and stay updated with emerging data science and AI technologies.
