Manager – Contingent Workforce Management.

Iron Mountain is seeking a Manager – Contingent Workforce & Vendor Management to join our Operations Team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and scale our nationwide contingent workforce network, directly driving operational readiness across all business lines. By bridging strategic workforce planning with robust vendor partnerships, your expertise will ensure we have the right talent in place to deliver on critical projects for our clients across India. Working alongside cross-functional leaders, you will challenge the status quo, optimize costs, and establish best-in-class sourcing models that elevate our operational execution.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

- Strategic Workforce Planning &

• Partnering:



Collaborate with Project and Operations Heads to design Pan-India contingent workforce strategies aligned with project ramps and business demands.
- Nationwide Sourcing &

- Mobilization: Build robust talent pipelines through staffing partners, educational institutions, and skill-development programs (NAPS/NATS/LEAP) to ensure timely deployment.
- Vendor Governance &
- Management: Oversee vendor empanelment, SLA/KPI tracking, contract negotiations, and periodic reviews to maintain high quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Coordination &
- Escalations: Partner closely with HR, Procurement, Legal, and Operations to resolve operational bottlenecks and provide senior leadership with risk updates.
- Analytics &
- Process Excellence: Drive cost optimization and process automation while maintaining Pan-India dashboards covering deployment, fulfilment rates, and SLA adherence.
- Manage and coordinate people processes and transitions for the acquired entity over the transition period as we continue to integrate it in IRM global processes

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

- Extensive experience in contingent workforce management, vendor governance, and large-scale talent sourcing across Pan-India locations.
- Deep knowledge of staffing vendor ecosystems, statutory compliance requirements, and government skill initiatives (NAPS/NATS).
- Proven track record in commercial negotiations,



vendor KPI management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building management MIS dashboards and optimizing workforce supply chains.
