Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage commercial building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.

- Oversee industrial construction projects, including warehouses and factories, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

- 14-21 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.

- Solid knowledge of commercial buildings, commercial projects, construction projects, industrial building, industrial projects, and warehouse projects.

- Proven track record in managing complex civil engineering projects from concept to delivery.
