Hiring: Branch Manager – Toys & Play Equipment

We are hiring a Branch Manager who can handle both:

- Retail Toy Showroom Operations
- Play Equipment Business Development (Schools, Resorts, Apartments, Parks)

Managing toys is operational. Managing play equipment is strategic.

You must be capable of handling both.

Role Overview

This position requires someone who can:

- Run the toy showroom efficiently (sales, staff, stock, display, daily targets)
- Generate and close leads for play equipment projects
- Meet school managements, builders, resort owners
- Handle quotations, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate with design and installation team
- Take full ownership of revenue from the Calicut region

If you are comfortable only inside the showroom, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly branch revenue targets
- Convert walk-ins into high-value sales




- Build B2B pipeline for play equipment projects
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Lead and monitor showroom staff performance
- Maintain reporting discipline (CRM, follow-ups, daily updates)

✅ Who We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in retail + field sales
- Experience in construction materials, interiors, furniture, or similar sectors preferred
- Strong closing ability (not just explaining products)
- Leadership mindset – not a salary-collector attitude
- Comfortable with targets and accountability
