Job Responsibilities (List In Order Of Importance)
- Identify and finalize recent store locations aligned with expansion strategy
- End-to-end execution of new store openings
- Lead rental negotiations for both new and existing stores
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with landlords and brokers
- Ensure co mercial viability and cost optimization in all deals.
- Maintain pipeline of potential locations for future expansion
