We are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives and drive revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Manage and maintain key client relationships.
- Lead sales and business development activities.
- Set and achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Guide and coordinate with the business development/sales team.
- Conduct negotiations and close high-value business opportunities.




- Identify market trends and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Real estate experience is not mandatory.
