Main Accountabilities

1. Business Accounting & Revenue Recognition

- Execute accounting for lending portfolios across retail and corporate businesses
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, exempt income tracking, and technical write-offs
- Support product-level accounting across systems (FinnOne, Bancs, Credence, LAMS, etc.)

2. ECL, EIR & Asset Quality Support

- Support Expected Credit Loss (ECL) monthly provisioning workings
- Assist in Effective Interest Rate (EIR) computation and amortization
- Validate NPA classification, provisioning, and off-balance sheet exposures

3. System Reconciliation & Data Integrity

- Perform reconciliations across LMS (FinnOne/Bancs), SAP (ECC6/R3), and Hyperion
- Ensure accuracy in trial balance uploads and financial data flows
- Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems

4. Financial Reporting & MIS

- Prepare financial schedules for reporting packs for consolidation
- Support submission of financial data for group reporting (Tata Sons FFC packs)
- Assist in standalone and consolidated financial reporting

5. Regulatory Reporting (RBI / NHB)

- Prepare data and workings for regulatory submissions
- Improve automation and validation controls in regulatory reporting
- Ensure compliance with RBI / NHB reporting requirements

6. Audit and Compliance Support

- Facilitate statutory, internal, RBI, and IFC audits
- Provide reconciliations, data, and supporting documentation
- Resolve audit observations and maintain robust audit trails

7. Systems & UAT Management





- Support UAT for system enhancement and recent product launches
- Monitor production issues and coordinate with IT teams
- Ensure integrity and smooth functioning of accounting systems

8. Process Automation & Improvement

- Identify automation opportunities in accounting and reporting processes
- Drive initiatives in reconciliation, DPD reporting and MIS automation
- Improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention

9. Data Governance & Master Management

- Support master data maintenance (e.g., UCIC, product mapping)
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems
- Strengthen data governance controls impacting financial reporting

Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years experience in Business Accounting / NBFC Finance
- Strong understanding of lending products and accounting flows
- Experience with systems like SAP, FinnOne, Bancs, Hyperion
- Knowledge of ECL / EIR / NPA basics and RBI reporting
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- CA preferred
