Job Title: Management Trainee

Department: Sales (Surgical Devices)

Location: City-based (Field Role)

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager/Territory Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Management Trainees to join our Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh post-graduates who are interested in building a career in medical device sales. The role involves promoting surgical devices and consumables to hospitals, surgeons, distributors, and healthcare professionals while developing strong customer relationships and supporting business growth.

This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within the assigned city.

What You’ll Do:

- Visit hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, and distributors within the assigned territory.




- Promote the company's portfolio of surgical devices and medical consumables to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, doctors, OT staff, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
- Assist senior sales personnel in conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
- Generate new business opportunities and identify prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Masters in Bio Medical Engineering / Sales & marketing / HealthCare management / Or any medical related field
- Post graduates candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Internship or project experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or sales will be an added advantage.
