We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Godown Incharge & Tally Operator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, maintain accurate stock records on Tally, and handle order fulfillment at our Begum Bazar location.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain real-time stock levels, monitor inventory movements, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Tally Entry: Log every incoming and outgoing item into Tally immediately to ensure 100% accounting accuracy.
- Stock Alerts: Monitor stock levels and proactively inform the owner regarding any potential shortages or low inventory.
- Vendor Purchasing: Coordinate with vendors and place stock purchase orders upon receiving final approval from the owner.
- Delivery Coordination: Book and dispatch online deliveries efficiently using platforms like Uber and Rapido.
- Administrative Support: Assist with routine office tasks, routine documentation,
and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements & Skills
- Understanding of the rolse Godown Incharge, Store Keeper, or Tally Data Entry Operator.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with booking logistics via smartphone apps (Uber, Rapido, etc.).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in local languages (Hindi/Telugu).
