- Support customer success activities, project coordination, and client-specific research requirements.

- Identify and assess relevant talent using LinkedIn, job portals, and other research platforms.

- Organize and analyze information in Excel or Google Sheets to provide explicit and actionable market insights.

Job Requirements :

- MBA or PGDM graduates and final-year students are preferred.

- Clear spoken and written English with confidence to engage new people over the phone.

- Curious, research-oriented mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful follow-up questions.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a logical and practical approach to assignments.

- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong attention to detail.

- Interest in market research, consulting, customer success, recruitment, or talent intelligence.
