Human Resources - Trainee

As a Human Resources - Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll & HR Operations, and HR Analytics & Reporting. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience across key HR domains, enabling you to develop a comprehensive understanding of human resource management while contributing to business and people objectives. You will work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring, employee lifecycle management, data accuracy, process compliance, and workforce analytics.

Your job:

- Support and coordinate end-to-end HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Analytics functions
- Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment pipelines to support hiring requirements
- Coordinate onboarding activities, employee documentation, and HR records management to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience
- Support payroll processing activities by validating employee data, attendance, leave records, and other payroll inputs
- Maintain employee information in HR systems and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management information system (MIS) reports related to hiring, headcount, attrition, and other workforce metrics




- Analyze HR data and trends to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee queries and support HR service delivery
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR processes, and statutory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation
- Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, employee engagement activities, and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency

Your qualification:

- Recent graduation in MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), MHRM, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of HRMS platforms and reporting tools is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
