Profile - Management Trainee

–

- Collaborating with partners who can deliver quality data for our survey projects.
- Building and developing relationships with partners in the industry.
- Supporting the project management teams fulfilling fieldwork requirements on projects.
- Executing online data collection projects
- Communicating effectively with the clients & other stakeholders during the project life cycle to ensure timely completion of projects
- Vendors Management & liaising with other internal departments to successfully deliver all assignments




- Day to day RFQ management and engaging the best partner for the projects.

Skills & Attributes Required:

1. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Good customer service skills would be preferred.
3. A positive and goal-oriented attitude.
4. Must be open for Rotational Shifts (Including Day & Night both Shifts)..
5. Must be good with analytical & Problem Solving Skills.

Education – Postgraduate (MBA Candidate Preferred) Working Days - 5 Days (Sat & Sun Fix off)

Gender – Male / Female

Package -

- Package will be 5 CTC P.A
- (Rs. 18,000/- will be stipend amount for first six months and then Rs. 5 LPA CTC after confirmation)
- *There will be 1.6 year of bond that needs to be signed by the selected candidates.
