Role & responsibilities

Promote and sell Biolitec medical laser products within the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital administrators.

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and training programs.

Coordinate with internal departments for logistics, after-sales support, and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong customer orientation with a flair for relationship-building

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Basic understanding of hospital and clinical environments preferred
