Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Information System Executive role based in Jaipur. The MIS Executive will manage and maintain information systems used for tracking loans, customer data, and operational performance.

Responsibilities include preparing regular MIS reports, analyzing data for insights and trends, supporting management decision-making with accurate information, and ensuring data integrity across systems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to gather required data,



improving reporting processes, and communicating key findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data insights.
- Candidates should ideally have proficiency in Advanced MS Excel or similar data tools, along with basic database or reporting software experience.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and prior experience in financial services or NBFCs is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
