- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in Manufacturing Recruitment.
- Valuable understanding of blue-collar & technical hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates available for Taloja location preferred.
