Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior maintenance engineers in preventive and breakdown maintenance of press-shop equipment.

- Learn and perform routine inspection of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

- Assist in troubleshooting machine breakdowns and identifying basic faults.

- Check machine conditions such as oil level, lubrication, leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, and temperature.

- Assist in maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic presses.

- Support maintenance of motors, gearboxes, pumps, cylinders, valves, sensors, and conveyors.

- Assist in checking electrical panels, switches, sensors, limit switches, and control circuits under supervision.

- Follow preventive-maintenance schedules and complete maintenance checklists.

- Record machine breakdowns, maintenance activities, and downtime.





- Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repeated machine failures.

- Support spare-parts identification and maintain basic spare-parts records.

- Follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE, machine safety, and EHS procedures.

- Maintain good housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the press shop.

- Coordinate with production operators during maintenance activities.

- Participate in TPM and continuous-improvement activities.

- Learn the operation and maintenance requirements of different press-shop machines.

Pay: ₹10,656.11 - ₹15,000.00 per month
