Reporting To: Admin / Maintenance Manager

Experience

1–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Valid P.W. Electrical Licence – Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical and utility systems.
- Attend electrical and mechanical breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, lights, motors, pumps, fans, and other electrical equipment.
- Monitor and maintain ACs, generators, compressors, water pumps, and other utility equipment.
- Carry out troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise electrical maintenance work and ensure work is performed safely.
- Coordinate with external contractors, electricians,



and maintenance vendors when required.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Support installation, shifting, and commissioning of electrical/equipment systems.
- Identify potential maintenance and safety issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Handle emergency maintenance requirements and breakdowns as needed.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
