1.Plan, organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. 2.Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

3.Manage maintenance engineers and technicians—training, monitoring and evaluation.

4.Monitor equipment performance and schedule inspections.

5.Control maintenance budgets, costs and resource allocation.

Coordinate with vendors, including sourcing and contract negotiation.

6.Maintain equipment history, maintenance records and compliance documentation.

7.Respond quickly to equipment failures/emergencies.

Drive continuous improvement and asset-management strategies.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and industry standards.

8.Use CMMS (Carl) and IoT sensors for real-time monitoring and maintenance efficiency.

9.Prepare periodic maintenance reports using data consolidation and statistical analysis.

10.Create a lessons-learned repository for improvement and training.

Maintain 5S in maintenance work areas.

11.Coach and motivate the team toward innovation and continuous improvement.
