Maintenance Service Coordinator

Location: Office and Field Operations

Experience: 5–6 Years

Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

CTC: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate breakdown calls, technician deployment and emergency repairs.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and service schedules.
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical support, spare parts, updates and warranty claims.
- Inspect repaired equipment and ensure safety, quality and service standards.
- Prepare quotations, work orders, spare-parts requisitions and service documentation.
- Coordinate billing, warranty claims and customer payment follow-ups.
- Communicate with clients on repair status, timelines and equipment readiness.
- Allocate and monitor work among technicians, mechanics and electricians.

Ideal Candidate: Robust coordination, communication and technical skills with hands-on experience in cranes/heavy lifting equipment maintenance. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
