Key Responsibilities (Auto Part Industry Specific):

- Power Press Upkeep: Total maintenance of Mechanical, Hydraulic, Link-drive, and Progressive Power Presses (C-Frame & H-Frame, 20T to 500T+).
- Automotive Die & Tooling Support: Ensuring smooth operation of Pneumatic Clutch & Brake systems, Die cushions, Feeders, and De-coilers for uninterrupted production.
- Minimizing Downtime: Rapidly troubleshooting breakdowns to maintain high OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) required for Just-In-Time (JIT) automotive supplies.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Implementation of rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly PM checklists to prevent line stoppages.
- Utility & SPM Management: Overseeing allied equipment like Air Compressors, Spot Welding machines, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
- Safety & 5S Standards: Maintaining 5S on the shop floor,



managing machine safety guards, and leading a team of Fitters, Electricians, and Technicians.
- Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 7 to 12+ years of hardcore maintenance experience in an

Auto Component / Sheet Metal press shop.

- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ITI with exceptional experience also considered).
- Skills: Robust root-cause analysis, leadership qualities, and knowledge of safety protocols.
