Maintenance Manager post.

Key Responsibillties

Supervise and manage maintenance teams, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, and other technical staff.

Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates for repair and maintenance works.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the timely procurement of materials and services.

Monitor and supervise maintenance and repair work to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.

Prepare and manage budgets for material purchases and maintenance projects.

Plan and allocate manpower effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.

Handle client communication, understand maintenance requirements, and provide regular project updates.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.

Maintain records of maintenance work, material consumption, vendor performance, and project costs.





Resolve operational issues promptly and implement preventive maintenance practices to minimize equipment and facility downtime.

Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance projects.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements while maintaining quality standards.
