We are looking for a Maintenance Executive to manage day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure the smooth and reliable operation of machines and equipment at the Laddha Group plastic injection moulding plant.

Responsibilities

- Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance of injection moulding machines.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.

- Maintain motors, pumps, compressors, chillers, heaters, sensors and control panels.

- Attend machine breakdowns and reduce production downtime.

- Perform regular machine inspections and preventive maintenance.

- Maintain maintenance reports, breakdown records and spare-parts inventory.

- Coordinate with Production for smooth machine operation.

- Identify repeated breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

- Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.

- Follow safety,



5S and TPM practices.

- Ensure critical maintenance tools and spare parts are available.

- Support shift-wise maintenance activities and maintain proper handover records.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Injection moulding machine experience will be an advantage.

- Knowledge, sensors, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving

- Positive communication and teamwork.

- Ability to respond quickly to machine bre

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
