Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to oversee and manage our complete plant utilities, equipment, and facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous, smooth, and protected operation of critical systems including Electrical, Mechanical, STP, RO Plant, Boilers, Air Compressors, DG Sets, and General Civil Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities1. Utility & Equipment Management

- Boilers & Compressors: Oversee daily operation, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance/inspections for industrial boilers and air compressors.
- STP & RO Plants: Monitor and manage the operations of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants to ensure required water quality metrics, output levels, and environmental compliance.
- DG Sets & Power: Manage Diesel Generator (DG) operations, synchronized power backup systems, fuel management, and load distribution.

2. Electrical & Mechanical Engineering

- Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, VFDs, switchgears, and overall electrical distribution.
- Diagnose mechanical faults, oversee pumps, valves, piping systems, gearboxes, and conveyer/machinery setups.
- Implement a robust Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Program to minimize downtime.

3. Civil Infrastructure & Facility Maintenance

- Inspect, plan,



and supervise routine civil maintenance work (flooring, structural repairs, waterproofing, painting, and general facility upkeep).
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for structural upgrades or civil expansion projects.

4. Compliance, Safety & Inventory

- Ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations (Boiler Board, State Pollution Control Board, Safety standards, and Local Authorities).
- Enforce Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across all maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory, monitor utility consumption (water, power, fuel), and optimize operational costs.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 8+ years of proven experience in plant maintenance, facility engineering, or utility management.
- Certifications: Boiler Attendant/Engineer Certification (Class 1 or 2) is highly desirable.

Technical Competencies:

- Hands-on expertise with Boilers, Air Compressors, STP, and RO systems.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Distribution, DG Sets, and Mechanical systems.
- Basic working knowledge of civil maintenance work.
- Proficiency in maintenance software (CMMS) or MS Excel for reporting and scheduling.

Soft Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Team leadership and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
