Role & responsibilities

- Inspect and maintain LT panels, DBs, transformers, DG sets, UPS, batteries, pumps, motors and other electrical equipment.

- Monitor electrical supply, load distribution and power consumption.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults, breakdowns and equipment failures and ensure timely rectification.

- Maintain lighting systems, common-area electrical installations, wiring, switches, sockets and related equipment.

- Coordinate with external electrical contractors, AMC vendors and service providers.

- Supervise maintenance and repair work carried out by technicians and contractors.

- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and equipment/service records.

- Conduct regular inspection of electrical rooms, panels, equipment and common areas.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with facility, security,



housekeeping and other departments for smooth property operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

- Relevant experience in electrical maintenance, building maintenance, facility management or real estate.

- Valuable knowledge of electrical systems, panels, DG, UPS, motors, pumps and building services.

- Experience in troubleshooting electrical breakdowns.

- Ability to manage technicians, contractors and electrical vendors.

- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and statutory compliance.

- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to attend emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.
