We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering / Automation professional with strong experience in EV Motor manufacturing and automated production lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead manufacturing engineering, maintenance and automation activities for BLDC/PMSM motor manufacturing lines.

- Manage and troubleshoot equipment such as coil winding, magnet insertion, balancing, varnishing, fusing, Dyno and EOL testing systems.

- Drive OEE, machine availability, MTBF, MTTR and downtime reduction through effective maintenance and RCA.

- Handle PLC/HMI/SCADA, servo systems, motion control, robotics/cobots, vision systems and automated assembly equipment.

- Support new machine specification, PFMEA, machine trials, PPAP, installation and commissioning.

- Drive Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, RCA,



8D and Poka-Yoke initiatives.

- Ensure PLC/HMI software backup, version control and continuous improvement of automation systems.

- Lead maintenance teams and ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO and plant safety standards.

- Ensure reliable operation of critical plant utilities and electrical systems.

Ideal Profile

- Strong experience in EV Motor / BLDC / PMSM manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Automation and Maintenance.

- Valuable exposure to PLC, HMI, SCADA, servo, robotics and automated production lines.
