Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Strong experience with IBM z/OS performance measurement and reporting.
- Proficiency in RMF (Resource Measurement Facility) and SMF (System Management Facilities) data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with MXG (Merrill's Expanded Guide) and SAS-based performance reporting.
- Experience developing capacity reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Knowledge of IBM OMEGAMON, RMF Monitor III, and mainframe monitoring tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
- Strong understanding of workload analysis, CPU utilization, memory usage, I/O performance, and system trends.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and service performance metrics.
- Knowledge of capacity planning, forecasting, and performance optimization methodologies.
- Experience supporting Performance & Capacity Management (PCM) and hardware planning teams.
- Familiarity with IBM Z architecture, LPARs, WLM, and Parallel Sysplex environments.
- Experience with automation and scripting for reporting (SAS, REXX, Python, or similar tools).
- Understanding of ITIL Service Management and continual service improvement practices.
- Strong analytical, visualization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Automation experience, especially IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- Vulnerability management.
- Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
