Mainframe Batch Scheduling Support Monitor and manage batch job execution in production environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve batch job failures and dependency issues.

Perform reruns, restarts, and recovery activities as per operational procedures.

Support scheduling tools such as Control-M, TWS (IBM Workload Scheduler), or equivalent.

Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.

Ensure batch processing activities are completed within defined SLA timelines.

Perform health checks and batch monitoring activities. MoveIT & File Transfer Support Monitor MoveIT Transfer and MoveIT Automation jobs.

Investigate and resolve file transfer failures, delays, and connectivity issues.

Manage and monitor secure file transfers using SFTP, FTPS, and other protocols.

Support onboarding activities for current file transfer requests and trading partners.

Validate successful file delivery and troubleshoot missing or delayed files.

Monitor queues, workflows, logs, and alerts related to file transfer operations.

Escalate critical incidents following established support procedures
