Role & responsibilities

- Machining Process & Tool Illustration Development
- Tool Details: NX CAD, Teamcenter, AutoCAD
- Collect all necessary input from program teams to create process sheets
- Create station wise process sheets and upload program share points
- Create Cutting Design for manufacturing with necessary details
- Deliver engineering drawings with 100% quality as per checklist
- Review with program Manufacturing Engineers and reliease

Domain Skills Required
- Machining Process
- Cutting Tools Knowledge
- GD & T and its funcationality
- Available 2D Tool drawings, 3D Fixture, Adapter plate, machine models.
- Classify all the 2D and 3D data in Teamcenter library
- Receive Inputs from counterparts.
- Assembly Part / Fixture/ Tooling
- Create cut sections as per designed views.
- Provide manufacturing GD&T; detailing in drawings.
