We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our dairy manufacturing operations as Machine Operator - Packaging. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting packaging operations, operating packaging machinery, and ensuring smooth and hygienic production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production and packaging operations.
- Operate and monitor packaging machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Handle milk and dairy product packing activities.
- Check machine operation and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper packing, sealing, labeling, and product handling.
- Support routine machine cleaning and basic operational checks.
- Work effectively as part of the production team.
- Follow shift schedules and production instructions.
Candidate Profile
- Fresher's are welcome; relevant experience of 0–5 years is preferred.
- Candidates with ITI/Diploma or manufacturing/production experience will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and operate packaging machinery.
- Ability to work in a production environment and rotational shifts.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices.
