Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in Bengaluru East.

The Machine

Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery in accordance with safety standards and production guidelines. Daily activities include preparing materials, performing routine equipment checks, identifying basic mechanical issues, and coordinating with supervisors to meet production targets. The role also involves conducting visual and basic measurements for quality control, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and accurately recording production data.





The Machine

Operator will collaborate with team members, follow standard operating procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate production machinery and equipment, with hands-on experience in Machine Operation.
- Knowledge of basic Quality Control practices, including inspection and measurement to ensure product standards.
- Familiarity with industrial Machinery and Hand Tools used for setup, adjustment, and minor maintenance.
- Clear and effective Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and colleagues on shift plans and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production setting preferred.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle material movement, and perform manual tasks safely and efficiently.
- Minimum high school or industrial training institute (ITI) qualification in a relevant trade is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required and to learn new processes and technologies on the job.
