We are looking for a skilled PCB Machine Maintenance Technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of PCB/SMT manufacturing equipment. The technician will ensure machines are available, secure, and operating efficiently with minimum production downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of PCB/SMT production machines.

- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and sensor-related machine issues.

- Maintain and support SMT Pick & Place machines, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, AOI/SPI machines, conveyors and PCB assembly equipment.

- Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, pneumatic systems, solenoid valves and control panels.

- Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment with minimum downtime.

- Carry out machine cleaning, lubrication, calibration and periodic servicing.

- Inspect and replace defective components, sensors, belts, bearings, cables,



connectors and other consumables.

- Monitor machine parameters and identify abnormal vibration, temperature, noise or electrical conditions.

- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, preventive-maintenance checklists and spare-parts records.

- Coordinate with production and process teams during machine breakdowns and maintenance activities.

- Assist in machine installation, commissioning and relocation.

- Support root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Maintain critical spare-parts inventory and inform the supervisor about required spares.

- Ensure machines comply with ESD, electrical safety and workplace safety requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
