We are looking for an experienced Machine Maintenance Operator with 3–6 years of relevant experience in the Food Industry. The candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery to ensure smooth and continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain food production machinery.
- Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine faults.
- Repair and replace defective machine components.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Ensure machines are properly lubricated and maintained.
- Reduce machine breakdowns and production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and food-industry standards.
- Ensure machines are cleaned and maintained as per company procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 3–6 years of machine maintenance experience.
- Food Industry experience is mandatory. ⭐
- Knowledge of production/packaging machinery preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Comfortable working in a production workplace.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
