We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience in building data-driven solutions and deriving business insights through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and AI, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Build, train, and deploy Machine Learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, and analytical solutions using Python and SQL
- Work on AI/ML use cases to solve business problems and improve decision-making
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate them into data solutions
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across different sources
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business teams for end-to-end solution delivery
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Data Science, Python and Machine Learning





Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / US Healthcare
- Strong programming experience in Python
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms (regression, clustering, forecasting, classification, neural network etc.), statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis.
- Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions

Good to Have:

- Experience working with Databricks
- Exposure to Business Analysis / stakeholder management
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies
- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong business understanding with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional teams
- Self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (2 to 3 Days Work From Office in a week)

Shift Timing: 2 PM 11 PM

Experience: 6+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Interview Process: 3 Technical Rounds( final round is F2F interview)
