Role Description

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer for a full-time, on-site prospect based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Python, Data Science, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI, Deep Learning, Data Engineering, and Automation .

The Machine Learning Engineer will work closely with data, IT, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve decision-making, automate processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence,



data science, analytics, software development, data engineering, or related roles can apply.
- Candidates from technology, IT services, consulting, SaaS, manufacturing, e-commerce, finance, logistics, telecom, FMCG, or other data-driven industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Python .
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation .
- Familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or similar tools will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, or recommendation systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Jupyter, Git, APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will be an advantage.
- Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, data pipelines, MLflow, Airflow, Databricks, or similar technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of analytical and statistical concepts.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with datasets and translate business problems into analytical or machine-learning solutions.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment .
- Internship, certification, Kaggle participation, GitHub project, hackathon, research project, personal ML project, or academic project experience will be considered and is not mandatory .
- Strong willingness to learn and work with new AI and machine-learning technologies.
