Role Description The M3A role at MEIL is a full-time, in office position based in Jewar, supporting large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects. The role typically involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress against plans, and assisting in the preparation of technical and managerial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
The M3A professional collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while helping to resolve operational issues. Day-to-day responsibilities may include documentation and data management, assisting in resource planning,
supporting vendor and contractor coordination, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the project. The position requires close interaction with project managers, engineers, and site teams to support on-time and efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination and documentation skills, including the ability to manage schedules, track milestones, and support reporting for complex infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of construction or engineering workflows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders on-site.
- Competence in using productivity and project-related software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, project tracking tools) and handling data for analysis and decision support.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards commonly applied in large infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work in diverse teams and maintain clear documentation and stakeholder updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; relevant experience in infrastructure or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jewar on a full-time basis, demonstrating adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
